Shipping Policies

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 2 – 5 business days once payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the first business day following the date order is placed. All customers receive an E-mail confirmation once their order ships along with a tracking number if applicable. If expedited delivery is requested, the customer is provided a tracking number and link to track shipping. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service unless another expedited delivery is requested. The following shipping methods are currently effective:

1. USPS Ground – Will arrive in 3 – 5 business days

2. Two­-Day – Will arrive in two business days

3. Overnight – Will arrive the following business day

 

We offer ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States only. Shipments sent via expedited shipping or outside the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories) will incur an additional expense for the actual shipping charges incurred.

 

Any shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses are shipped USPS Parcel Select. Due to military postal rules and regulations, delivery to some destinations can take up to 45 days.

Return Policies

Linda Rae Clark Designs offers free return shipping if required. Please notify us and we will provide you with a pre‑paid, pre‑addressed return shipping label. 

 

Damaged Items: Items that arrive damaged will be replaced immediately upon our receipt of the damaged item. Please notify us immediately to make arrangements. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of receipt of a damaged item can avoid this warranty. 

 

Exchange or Refund: Any unused item(s) you are returning for replacement or refund must be returned to us within 10 business days of your receipt of the item(s). Please tell us if you want an exchange or refund and a brief description of the problem. We will make the exchange or refund upon our receipt of the undamaged item. Custom-made items are not eligible for refund nor exchange.
