
Shipping Policies
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days once payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number (if applicable). Expedited shipping options include tracking and a link to monitor delivery status. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless an alternate expedited method is requested.

Available Shipping Methods:

USPS Ground – Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Two-Day Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2 business days.

Overnight Shipping – Estimated delivery by the next business day.
Ground shipping is available for all orders within the continental United States. Shipments outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories) or via expedited delivery may incur additional shipping fees.
Orders to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses are shipped via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military postal regulations, delivery times can extend up to 45 days.
Return & Exchange Policies
Linda Rae Clark Designs offers free return shipping when required. Please notify us, and we will provide a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label.

If an item arrives damaged, it will be replaced immediately upon our receipt of the damaged product. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure coverage under this policy.

Unused items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 10 business days of receipt. Please indicate whether you prefer an exchange or refund and include a brief description of the issue. The exchange or refund will be processed once the undamaged item is received.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or refund, except in cases where the item arrives damaged.
