2" long white suede tassels hang from a 3mm silver-plated curb chain that you hang around your neck and "tie" to close.  The tassels are topped with 8mm silver Swarovski round crystals and the entire necklace is 36" long.
 
All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and either sterling silver, silver, or gold plated or stainless steel unless noted otherwise in the description.   Every item is handcrafted and custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
