Resin tinted with a light icy blue is molded into a square, 1.25" x 1.25" with an offset cutout 0.75 x 0.75" toward the top center.  A silver-scrolled flat charm, 0.75" x 0.75" sits in the middle of the cutout that is filled with resin.  The blue squares hang diagonally beneath a 12mm silver hexagon frame charm.   The earrings use silver-plated ball-end fishhook earwires and are 2.5" long.
