Red wire is twisted into a loose treble clef, 1.75" x 1" that is lightly hammered.  A 6mm clear bicone crystal hangs from the bottom and middle loop.  The earring uses silver-plated fishhook earwires and is 2.25" long.  
 
All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and is sterling silver, silver or gold plated or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
