Clay in shades of marbled gray is cut into a 1.5" x 1.5" heart with a  thick red strip added.  An 0.75" circle is divided half and half and both pieces are smudged with opalescent mica powder and then sealed in resin.  The earrings use silver-plated fishhook earwires and are 2.5" long.  
 
All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and is sterling silver, silver or gold-plated, or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
