Basswood that is painted in industrial colors of gray and dark copper are laser cut into three gears, one 0.5" in diameter, one 0.75" in diameter, and the third 1.25" in diameter with two rings etched into the center.  Two of the gears are attached and hang beneath the third one.  The earrings use antique bronze fishhook earwires and are 2.5" long.
 
All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and is sterling silver, silver or gold-plated, or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
