Various shades of purple clay are marbled together with a opalescent glitter then cut into 1" x 0.5" rectangles before sealed in resin.  The rectangles sit beneath 14mm round red gold bezels filled with dragon scale cabochons that are opalescent color changing from silvery purple to medium purple.  The earrings use red gold fishhook earwires and are 2" long.  
 
All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and is sterling silver, silver or gold-plated, or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
