Medium purple clay with dark purple glitter is marbled with translucent clay before silver leaf is added.  The clay is cut into 1.5" diameter circles with an 0.75" diameter circle removed from the bottom before all are sealed in resin.  The pieces are then connected.  The earrings use silver-plated bails with fishhook earwires and are 2.75" long.  
 
All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and is sterling silver, silver or gold-plated, or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
