A square painted a soft frosted medium blue just over 1" x 1" is laser cut from 3mm thick basswood with the outline of five squares scored inside the square. The smallest square is engraved in a solid light brown at the bottom. The square hangs diagonally. The earrings use bronze fishhook earwires and are 1.75" long.

All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and is sterling silver, silver or gold-plated, or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom-made, nothing mass-produced.
