These tassel earrings use a 3.5" long dark blue fringe rolled into a tassel that is tucked inside an 8mm silver-plated barrel bead cap.  The tassel hangs from a 6mm cobalt blue crystal bicone.  The earrings use silver-plated fishhook earwires and are 4.75" long.
